Lauren competed for 6 years as an international golfer, 4 years in the USA collegiate level competing for Northern Arizona University. Theses days she enjoys participating in a variety of activities which can be anything from Ironman distance triathlon to recreational hiking.
Her Massage career started in 2010. 

Lauren has a strong Passion for assisting people out of chronic pain and dysfunction and helping them transition into health and wellbeing. Lauren tailors her treatment and pressure to your specific needs whilst educating you to understand your own body and how you can keep it in an optimal condition.

Lauren also has a passion for sports performance and helping athletes to remain in peak physical condition.
